Project title: Technology development at Melior Laser Kft.

The project was implemented with the support of the European Union and was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Hungarian State.

Project presentation:

In order to provide our clientele a higher level service our company acquired equipment through the co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund in 2010.

Machinery acquired:

1. GA 37FF – VSD EL II WorkPlace®
   Controlled revolution air cooled screw compresso
2. ERNST NEPTUN EKB 1500 automatic grinding machine

Brief description:

Working width: 1500 mm

Workpiece thickness: 0.8 -100 mm

Minimum length of workpiece: 80 mm

Machining:

Deburring

surface grinding

edge rounding

oxide film removal

During machining the equipment sprays the machined material with water containing corrosion inhibitor, and dries it at the completion of the operations, respectively. As a result the components do not get corroded and the customer receives clean parts. A progressively adjustable conveyor belt moves the component and ensures consistent and efficient machining.
