Punch-laser combined equipment

We installed our new TRUMPF Trumatic 3000 punch-laser combined sheet metal machining equipment in November. By the combined use of the two cutting technologies we will be able to undertake the manufacturing of even more complex and complicated sheet metal components.

Material thickness: 3 mm
Positioning accuracy: ±0.1 mm
Laser capacity: 2000 W

Materials that can be machined:

• cold rolled steel sheets
• steel sheets with surface coating (e.g. galvanised sheets)
• corrosion resistant and stainless steel sheets
• sheets with film coating
• alumínium lemez
• sárgaréz lemez

No-scratch machining:

In order to protect the lower side of the base material the machine is equipped with a brush table and there is a ball support around the matrix ensuring no-scratch slide.

In case of the spanning of the sheet clamps the machine holds the sheet in position by clamping rollers (instead of stamps).  The clamping rollers do not damage the surface.

  • chipless thread shaping in M2.5-M8 dimensions

• counterboring, thread punching
• preparation of unique tools

Marking options:

• dotting:
  • displaying item numbers and markings in a visible quality after painting
  • marking bore centres and the position of weldable studs

• punching in characters:
  • punching in characters as desired (e.g. grounding marks)

• laser marking:
  • small depth marks, inscriptions

Cutting without traces:
