Due to the dynamic development our organization and manufacturing capacity has significantly grown. Our aswer to this is the challenge is the introduction of the new ERP system. We selected Corvex Business Solutions Inc. to carry out this project.

Prior to the implementation there will be a thorough assessment of current business processes, then the ERP COM will be adapted to Melior’s needs.

Once the ERP system works the processes will be more transparent, allowing for more effective and efficient operations, thus ensuring the improved competitiveness for the company.

Our customers will also benefit from the operation of the new system, as the system enables to increase capacity utilization and considerably reduce lead times.
