The felxibility of laser cutting is combined with the advantages of punching.
The combination of two cutting technologies offers several new opportunities: complex, sophisticated sheet metal parts can be produced.

The first class machinery allows us to produce  small and large series bent parts with exceptional accuracy. We consitstently make the effort to maintain a high level of precision bending.

Along with the cutting technologies a very important supplement technology is grinding. Despite the fact that we can produce a cut surface not requiring post-processing with our laser technology, the final surface state can be refined with this technology. Our equipment is suitable for deburring, edge rounding and surface grinding.

Currently we perform simple welding operations. The aim is to develop our welding capacity in line with the requirements of our partners.

Commercially available and custom fasteners (nuts, bolts and spacing brackets) can be pressed in. With this operation the complexity of the parts are considerably increased.

As a result of how the fastener is designed, it has a directional and torsional load resistancel.

The design of bended sheet metal parts and complex products are supported with SOLID EDGE 3D design program.

For a significant part of our products surface treatment is the last stage of manufacturing that is carried out through our cooperating partners.
