Features of our laser cutting service:
Working range: 1500 mm x 3000 mm Laser power: 2 kW, 4kW, 5kW Positioning accuracy of our machinery: +/_ 0.05 mm Repetition accuracy of our machinery: +/ - 0.03 mm
Material quality for cutting, thicknesses:
- Carbon steel, cold or hot rolled sheet up to 20 mm
- Corrosion resistant steels and acid-resistant steels up to 15 mm
- Hot-dip galvanized sheet up to 4 mm
- Alloyed aluminium (AlMg3): up to 8 mm
- Brass up to 3 mm
Materials for cutting:
- Making inscriptions, part item numbers, marking of bore centres is possible for all materials with the exception of hot-dip galvanized and brass sheets.
- It is possible to burn off films of materials covered with it.
- Bore-holes smaller than the sheet thickness is possible up to 12 mm sheet thickness; above 12 mm the bore centre is marked as desired.
- Accuracy classes undertaken: S = up to 3 mm sheet thickness according to standard DIN ISO 2768 (f) (fine), from S > 3 mm sheet thickness according to DIN ISO 2789 (m) (medium).
- For S > 12 mm the scale on the surface has an adverse effect on the surface quality and roughness of the cut edge.
- For rust proof materials at sheet thicknesses of S > 10 mm, for aluminium materials in sheet thickness of S > 6 mm subsequent burr removal could be required.
