Pressing in fastnening elementsFor the majority of our products the sheet metal part becomes complete with this operation.

PEMSERTER Series 4 press

  • Max. distance of the fastening element from the edge of the sheet: 450 mm (the distance can be smaller for bent workpieces)
  • Min. sheet thickness that can be machined: S = 0.8 mm
  • Sizes of fastening elements that can be pressed in:
  • Nuts that can be pressed in: M2-M8
  • Studs that can be pressed in: M2.5-M6 L=6-8-10-12-15………35
  • Spacer brackets that can be pressed in: M3-M5 L=3-25 mm
