Welding
ur welding service contributes to the complexity of the sheet metal parts processed. Welding box-like parts stands out as a more complex professional projects where to meet the aesthetical goals requires a high level of competence from our colleagues.
Melior Laser carries out MIG and TIG welding services, as a supplementary to sheet metal fabrication. Our equipments are suitable for welding aluminium and stainless steel sheet metal parts. Spot welding and stud welding of the metal components in series production are frequently used technologies at Melior.
Welding procedures used by Melior Laser: | |
---|---|
TIG welding The welding is clean, slag-free. The weld is normal, there is no need to polish or clean the weld after welding. |
|
MIG/MAG welding Fast procedure, slag-free. Thin sheets can be welded. |
|
Stud welding Used for metal sheet thicker than 0,5 mm. Procedure without welding mark or deformation. |
|
Spot welding Used for overlapping joints, where the weld is the same size as the electrodes. Process resulting in a static and dynamic stress-resistant bond. |
Technical details of welding equipments:
- JASIC 200 AWI welding machine
- Carbon steel, heavy sheet, thin sheet
