The sheet metal part is made of 3mm cold-rolled 1.4301 stainless steel. The laser cutting is followed by a multiple step bending process and finally we fix the fasteners by welding. The welding is carried out with a combination of TIG and tungsten electrode processes.

The appearance of the part was an important aspect during this project therefore the part got a final homogenisation surface treatment (curing) which was carried out in cooperation. 

In addition to our partnerships in the electronics and precision engineering, machine building, furniture and metalworking industry, the number of supplied companies from the motor vehicle industry is increasing.
