We filmed the production of a cable routing. This sheet metal part is prepared from a 1,5 mm DX51 D +Z275MAC galvanised sheet on a Trumpf Trumatic punch-laser combined mahcine. The film presents how can be well used such processing machine, how can we benefit from combining laser cutting with punching on one metal part.
While the processing time is considerably reduced by punching the holes, laser cutting the outer contour is cost effective by saving cost on tools.
