In this partnership Melior Laser must continue to provide excellent service in manufacturing stainless steel sheet metal components and machine casings. During this project based on the sample parts we had to prepare components with very high prescision and excellent finish. The parts undergo the process of laser cutting, bending, welding and assembling, then receive a final surface treament, which is pearl spray carried out in cooperation. With this technology the surface of stainless steel, and chrome material can be homogenized, the weld can be cleaned perfectly. The process gives a silky, matt finish.
