In August 2012 a company of Austrian interest entrusted us with sample production of stainless steel sheet metal parts. This sample production served as a tender for several sheet metal machining companies in Hungary.
The main priority was accuracy during the project. The 3mm stainless steel parts had to be manufactured with a very small tolerance (folded dimensions had to bewithin ±0,2mm) and similarly strict shape and position accuracy. Despite the difficulties of fitting the shaped plates with manufacturing individual components we could meet the customers' requirements. Thus more stainless and normal steel part manufacturing for rail structures is expected.
The 3mm sheet metal parts are manufactured from 1.4301 raw material, with laser cutting and edge bending.
