Successful prototype production

Another complex sheet metal machining, laser cutting task - dry ice blasting equipment frame creation from stainless steel sheet.

We have just finished a successful prototype production for a new partner from Germany.

The company which manufactures dry ice blasting equipments entrusted us a complex sheet metal component production task. This product consists of the external housing and the supporting structure. We were given ready construction designs for manufacturing the prototype, altough during production some detail modifications occurred, which were developped together wit the customer.

The product, made of stainless steel 1.4301, went through a complex sheet metal machining process and got its final form: laser cuttingbending, tube bending and welding. The prototype illustrates well not only the beauty but also the difficulties of production from sheet metal and sheet metal components from stainless steel.  In this case we had to solve a compatibilty problem as the purchasing and installation of connections and fittings was also part of the task.

In the future  the production of other types can be launched as well as the current one, starting with series of 100-200 pcs.
