Environmental Protection and Sustainability

As an innovative sheet metal fabrication company using advanced technologies, our goal is to grow continuously while considering the aspects of sustainable development and environmental protection. We aim to minimize the environmental impacts associated with our activities for the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution, and to preserve energy and natural resources. We have implemented modifications in our manufacturing and operational habits to reduce environmental impact. To facilitate the process, we have introduced the ISO 14001 environmental management system.

What modifications have we implemented to reduce the environmental impacts in the manufacturing of our products and in our habits?

Efficient Manufacturing - Energy Usage

  • We aim to reduce our energy consumption by using renewable energy sources. Our solar panel system covers 15-20% of our total electricity needs.
  • In our manufacturing hall, we have built an energy-efficient heating and cooling system. The heating utilizes the heat generated by the machines, and the cooling is achieved through an evaporative hall cooling system. Boiler programming ensures that domestic hot water production occurs only during peak periods. In the office, we have introduced a heating temperature limit (22°C).
  • The lighting in the hall is equipped with motion and light sensors, and we use energy-saving light fixtures with lighting control systems both in the hall and in the office.
  • For the office infrastructure supporting production (e.g., printers), we implement the selective collection, shredding, and disposal of paper.

Smart Logistics

  • Through efficient logistics organization, we aim to reduce CO2 emissions.
  • For every delivery and incoming shipment, whenever possible, we organize consolidated transport to minimize vehicle usage, exhaust emissions, and air pollution. To further reduce air pollution caused by exhaust gases, we also use electric vehicles.
  • In the delivery of parts, we optimize transportation routes and schedules to reduce fuel consumption and emissions of vehicles. We strive to transport full loads whenever possible.
  • We also optimize the packaging of finished products, aiming to minimize the use of packaging materials and to maximize the use of environmentally friendly, recycled, or recyclable materials.

Waste Management

  • In our production process, waste is selectively collected by material type, and then disposed of and removed by specialized companies (e.g., oily gloves, laser cutting lenses, mirrors). Wherever possible, materials are reused multiple times.
  • Hazardous waste (such as batteries, bulbs, fluorescent tubes, tires, etc.) is collected separately and disposed of safely with a specialized company.
  • Contaminated shop rags and work clothes are collected and cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
  • Electronic waste (like computers, printers, monitors, modules from manufacturing machines, discarded electric hand tools, etc.) is collected selectively by type and removed for disposal.
  • Packaging waste is reused when possible (e.g., using filler paper in cardboard boxes).
  • Organic waste and wood packaging waste are shredded and composted. The compost is then used in the garden.
