The strategic goal of our company is to validate the professional knowledge in the most complex sheet metalworking tasks that we have gathered over the past 15 years. The latest product line manufactured in this type of assignment illustrates well this experience and the technological know-how that can not be achieved by simply purchasing modern sheet metal working machines.

We have used our know-how of manufacturing food industry machinery during the building of the following stainless steel housing: for our German customer, we manufactured machine housings before completed with mechanical and electronic units. There was a challenge to make the connections spotless looking, and the demands of the industry were far exceeded.

Such seams were made for 1mm thick plates that would allow us to assume machine feed. The grinded/polished surfaces is also extremely homogeneous. In addition, the welding seams achieved a grinding quality that goes beyond factory polished sheet surfaces.

Such and similar products are manufactured in small to medium series. Naturally, increasing the size of the series means reducing the complexity of the products. Where we fulfill 50 or 100 pieces call-offs the items usually contain 4-5 technology steps. These usually have some definitely worthy technical details.

Applied sheet metal fabrication processes: laser cutting, bending, machining, TIG welding, seams cleaning, sheet metal grinding/polishing . All parts are made of 1.4301 stainless steel.
