We like those more complex sheet metal processing tasks when we can make use of our professional knowledge and gathered experience.
Fabricating the following part meant such a complex sheet metal fabricating task for us. The raw material is 2mm normal steel. This type of steel can be formed well, a cold-rolled mild steel.
After nitrogen laser cutting, custom bending tools are used for bending on the Amada press brake. The maximum bending radius is 40mm.
Edges were manually done with TIG welding. The edges become really sharp with a final grinding.
With a finishing grinding of the surface we achieve the necessary smoothness at which even the glossy powder coating does not produce unevenness. Premium product!
