One of our most spectacular finished sheet metal products of the recent period is the premium quality, aesthetic, galvanized metal tool box.

Our aim is to produce more and more complex sheet metal parts, which can be built in right away into the final product by our customers. Thanks to a bigger investment last summer, we can now undertake the electrostatic powder coating of sheet metal components in our own powder painting plant. The product presented in this blog article already belongs to the finished product category. One of our most spectacular sheet products of the recent period is the premium quality, aesthetic, galvanized metal tool box/toolkit case. Its production is captured on the attached photos.

During the phase of sample production, the customer's expectation was clear: high accuracy / dimensional accuracy, as well as damage-free, intact look of the product. However, the most important requirement was clearly attractiveness. In order to the tool case to be usable, some minor modifications we suggested also had to be made during the product development phase.

After the sample productions, when the final form of the product was created, the series production started. The most important stages of manufacturing were the following: laser cutting of galvanized sheet steel, bending with tight tolerances and fitting with riveting. After riveting, no further surface treatment is required. The assembly is done in 3-4 steps, including riveting.

The production process is carried out under strict quality assurance, which results in eye-pleasing mechanical units.

In addition to the tolerances of the order of tenths of a millimeter, the production of this galvanized tool box was carried out in a well-functioning and aesthetically pleasing design. During the assemblies, the premium quality is confirmed by the precision of the matching dimensions, the minimization of dimensional deviations, and the thoroughness of the surface workmanship. We are delighted to have another 100% finished product leaving our sheet metal fabrication plant.
