We have been designing and constructing several information terminals, also known as totems, displays poles or kiosks, in the last 5 months. It is a great advantage in the implementation of complex products and production that if the design and product construction is carried out in-house, as was the case here. Thanks to our own design team and the high standard of sheet metal part fabrication, products represent premium quality.
In addition to aesthetic issues, these information terminal housings have technical features that can be manufactured without major or minor adjustments. Product drawings are tailored to the technological needs, implementing customer needs in the simplest and most economical way.
The contours are made by laser cutting on laser and laser-punching machines, the sheet metal parts are bent on CNC press brakes with narrow tolerances. Assemblies are made by mixing soluble or insoluble joints, screwing or welding. It is preferred to use PEM pressed fasteners or welded pins to secure the internal fittings. The assemblies are powder coated to a length of 2500 mm and then the last lock or hinge is replaced on the final assembly.
The manufacturing process is carried out under strict quality assurance, resulting in eye-pleasing mechanical units. Information terminals or kiosks are also available in stainless and brushed or standard steel, powder coated.
Premium quality is verified during assembly by precision of fitting dimensions, minimization of dimensional variations, thoroughness of surface finish. Aesthetics is a significant aspect, for us it is a pleasure to work with such products.
