Lasercut sheet metal parts for wind turbines

The lastest manufacturing request has come from the energy industry: we cut sheet metal parts with laser cutting for wind turbines
In the past we received orders on several occasions from the energy industry. Recently, for example, we have produced complex sheet metal parts for switchgears to be used in the renewable energy sector. This time the request came from a similar industrial area: we produced wind turbine rotor fixing plates for our Hungarian business partner. The basic material for the sheet metal parts manufactured with laser cutting is 12 mm thick S275  steel sheet.

The surface of the cutting edges produced by laser cutting is of excellent quality and satisfies the request of the customer, thus reducing the difficulties and costs of further processing.

Wind turbines, which operate extremely reliably, do not require major maintenance and have no adverse effects on the environment, are important elements in the production of renewable energy, but their construction is quite costly.

An important aspect is that the operation of wind turbines does not have a direct impact on the environment.
