We are constantly striving to increase the complexity of our sheet metal fabricated products. . The product range is expanded with articles of which we can use the range of available sheet metal processing technologies. The result is a more complex component unit on the production line.
An excellent example is the following sheet metal part assembly made of DC01 raw material, achieving its ultimate quality through thorough design and manufacturing preparation. Laser-cut, bent, welded and pressed parts undergo galvanization before assembly.
The production process is carried out under strict quality assurance, which results in mechanical units that are also pleasing to the eye. A major challenge for us is the adequacy of the assembled dimensions; as premium quality, aesthetic parts must also meet strict tolerances with a tolerance field of a few tenths of a millimeter. Our customer builds precise mechatronic units with these complex sheet metal assemblies. The images were recorded at the time of quality control, before packaging.
